Code Mode edit not working

My Mautic version is: 4.0.0
My PHP version is: 7.4.33

Your problem
My problem is:
I created an email and chose the “Code mode”.
THen when I clicj the Edit Icon to enter the code mode, nothing is displaying on the screen. No Edit Pop-up.

View code works, but nothing happens when I click Edit Code.

Just a second ago I had created a test email and the edit code window had worked until I actually edited and code and entered {unsubscribe_text} and saved. After that the Edit Window stopped opening.
So I had to delete that email and created a new one, but now the Edit Mode does not open in any email I create.

Is there a fix for this?

Hi,
This is how it should work.
Codemode editing means you are editing the code directly.
If you want to use a tempalte and change the code, you should click here:

Actually I WANT to continue editing the code, but despite choosing the Code Mode template, the Edit Code window does not open. I have to refresh the page multiple times and them sometimes it works.

There is no edit window. You have to open the Advanced tab.

Oh I mean this is the button I click to Edit the code.
Thats what I am calling the “Edit Window”
