"Condition" in campaign

In my campaign, i’ve got a condition on a “Campaign Field Value”.

If my field equals to 0, it waits for 7 days before sending an email (red dot)

If my field equals to 1, it adds 10 points to my contact (green dot)



When i change the field value for my contact from 0 to 1, nothing happens and after 7 days, the mail is sent (it should not…)



So my question is :

“when is the condition on a “Campaign Field Value” evaluated in the workflow ? is it re-evaluated every time i call the CRON scripts ?”

(i thought it was the same way as “Opens email” or “Visited page”)
