Hi Anyone able to look at my last post and give us any pointers what next?
I have started a fresh VPS, solely for the purpose of testing a mautic marketing automation an suitecrm open source instances.
This is a second call to the mautic community, with hope that I might get this potentially awesome auto mautic system up.
I have trawled through the many posts and have found many useful solutions, with each one taking me ever closer to a fully operational
instance of mautic.
Open source is the way forward for sure, mautic has the potential to make huge waves in the Automated Marketing Arena, however support has to underpin this growth. From this foundation being the key to growth especially when introducing new products.
When offering support surely, one of the cornerstones should be the type of hosting package(where hosted) and crucial with whom (bluehost 1&1,go daddy,123-reg,in my case its smarthosting.co.uk).
Surely this would help with the identification of commonalities thus leading to potential solutions and essential support in a much more timely fashion.
well here we we go mautic crew, lets turn this around
Any eyes on this would be really cool.

Hi! From the thread title I understand you have some issue, but from the long description I have no idea what that is. Could you please sum it up to one sentence and add the log reports to it?

Version 1.4.0.1 of Mautic
System Linux vps.home.dir.com 2.6.32-279. el6.x86_64 #1
Server API CGI/FastCGI
php: 5.6
memory: 256M
File Permissions: Writeable as per installation instructions.
Two on VPS’s set up to run on sub directories. (smart hosting)
one on shared server. (smart Hosting)
It all seems well until I enter the monitored email in config settings.
They are: other smtp, port 25, none.
Then I enter test and curser swirls for a lifetime, eventually triggering a 500 error.
The only way to to abort is logging out.
clear the cache (app prod)
When logging back in, Cant get into config settings through dashboard.
looked at log and you can see below what it said:

Also noticed mysql in mautic system info and found this:

I am not a coder or my sql expert but it looks wrong to me, could this be the trouble?
Ps. I want all of my clients to have mautic and suite just need to get through this learning curve.

P.S. I have just noticed that fileinfo is not installed (is that necessary)?
Does your Mautic get a lot of requests before the cache gets rebuild? Try to create a temporary empty index.html file in the Mautic root dir, then clear the cache and delete index.html again.
