How to do configuration facebook in Mautic and sending message or video call from Mautic to Facebook?

Short answer:
This feature does not exist at the moment.
You can’t send anything INTO Facebook from Mautic. Not messages, not videocalls, not vouce messages.
(Personal opinion: Thanks god.)
