while creating my own email when i am selecting anything from insert tokan that is not coming like
if i have selected {contactfield=firstname} than after preview it is showing [First Name].
please help if any one faced the same problem.

The preview how [Something] in place of the variables because there is no lead associated with it while you’re previewing it. Create an contact for you and send you the email as example, this will fill up the variables and validate the inline CSS too since browses can be miss leading while previewing emails
