Contacts being added to campaign with SQL URL, no details

I created a new drip campaign and set it up to send whenever a new user registers on our site. I now have these contacts being added to the campaign, but they have an IP address where the name should be and no associated contact details. Each contact has what appears to be a SQL URL as the “page hit” event.



For example, these are the event names tied to the contacts:



https://54.201.98.214:443/recordings/LICENSE.txt

https://52.40.40.79:443/admin/i18n/readme.txt

https://54.201.98.214:443/SQLiteManager/main.php



These contacts are not actually being created and are visible only within the campaign. They seem to be recording page hit events. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
