Contacts cannot be accessed after manual update

Hi,

We have tried manually updating our Mautic system from 2.7.1 to 2.10.1 (this version because of a CRM connector we are using.

We used the manual update instructions from John Linhart.

Almost everything looks good, ony issue is that when we click on contacts nothing happens. Entering the URL manually we get a manual server error.

Any ideas what we did wrong and tips to get this working again?

we are getting a 500 server error

Problem resolved, we should have read the instructions more carefully.

The database schema needed updating as well.

@ronan if you need any upgrade in future you should clear cache, update schema first then , try to upgrade on dashboard or with upgrade.php.
