I have sent emails to imported or manually created contacts and it is tracking the email opening and the link click in the email. However, it is not merging with the previously anonymous contact and is not tracking future visits.
I did a test yesterday and when I did a visit this morning, the clicks were tracked under the anonymous IP, even though I used the same device etc…
Could this be a cron job issue?
