We’re using https://gitbook.io for our docs at the moment. You can go directly to the associated repository on Github, https://github.com/mautic/documentation and submit pull requests against that repository for any updates.

Alternatively, we can do languages this way as well as they are supported by Gitbook.

If you have any questions don’t hesitate to leave a message in this forum or ask in the Docs chat on Slack.

FYI, clicking on those links results in the following URLs:

http://www."https.com//gitbook.io"
http://www."https.com//github.com/mautic/documentation"

which doesn’t work

Thanks Ruth,

I never use forum type markdown so I had quotes in my text when I didn’t need it. I’ve fixed it now.

Thanks,
David

Hey folks … finally been able to get in the community area.

… still don’t know how to connect on Glip … but have it downloaded and setup - how do I join you guys in Glip ??

Currently familiarising myself and happy to contribute to docs, code, design, ideas, process, etc wherever possible.

Have my devs going to try and install the application on our dev server and then run through everything and start contributing where I can … let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to look at or you think I’d be best to help with.

Hi!

That’s awesome! Thanks!

We actually switched from Glip to Slack. Check out instructions at https://www.mautic.org/get-involved/group-chats on how to get setup.

As for contributing…the big thing we need is for it to be tested! We’ve squashed a number of bugs already but I know there are more out there lurking in corners  So it would be great if you could give it a good spin and report issues that you find. Obviously, UI and UX suggestions and others ideas are most welcome. Use https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues for bugs, feature requests, etc. Or feel free to open PRs as well

Thanks!
Alan

Damnit … I still have issues with Slack … just need to work out how to filter out all the Joomla “noise” in Slack !! LOL

Obviously, I will be able to test very significantly the Joomla integration and usage … and will have myself, marketing and development team all involved in setups, usage, integration, etc

As for the Mautic.org website itself, is there a repo to which can post issues/PRs - or just to same issues queue ?

Hi Max!

Glad to see you here. There are definitely some easy ways to filter out the “noise” - just takes a couple notification changes.

I’m very glad to hear of your testing and integration capabilities. I am confident you can provide valuable insights

There is now an issues location for the main Mautic website - https://github.com/mautic/website/issues Eventually we’ll place the code here but for now we’ll use the issue tracker.

Thanks & Welcome!
David

Hi, there! I’d like you to create a new folder named PT-BR at github for Mautic’s documentation so I could pull some requests for translation docs from english to brazilian portuguese.
Thank you in advanced
