Creating a select statement that picks the correct SMTP server

Hi, Im trying to figure out how to change the SMTP server “in code” in Mautic.

Not really sure how to explain this (im not really a coder), but here we go:

Im normally using Mailgun to send emails, and I have different domains, for this Im using a mailgun API plugin. And its pretty easy to find in the plugin where Mautic picks up the API key, so it was easy to create a select statement that picks the correct API key depending on a parameter in the email that is being sent.

But I cant for the life of me figure out how to do this when sending with “normal” SMTP server.

So, where in Mautic is the SMTP server assigned to the email? Or am I missing something……
