Cron jobs: Could not open input file

Hi,



I have done a lot of research and checked the answers here, but still I get the below error.



I have set up the below cron job to check if all is working:

/usr/local/bin/php /home/wordcrip/email/appconsole mautic:segments:update



But I keep getting this error: Could not open input file: /home/wordcrip/email/app/console/


  • Host is Siteground
  • Install is by softaculous



    Some forums say there is a hiden character and I need to add some command to the cron jobs, but I do not know how to add it.



    Please try to help if you can.

That is not the right path for Siteground shared hosting.

I recommend start thinking to get a better hosting for Mautic, i was before in Siteground but just a few weeks later the Mautic was so demanding that Siteground hosting makes the system useful.
