Custom Headers in Emails

Hi:

I’m trying to use the Custom Headers feature of emails (on the Advanced tab) like in the attached screenshot but when I check the header of a received email it’s not actually there. I’m using SendGrid API to send. Any ideas? Is this a bug?

Any comments about this? Is there any documentation about Custom Headers? Especially with SendGrid.

I am getting the same problem. I need to use the sandbox from sendgrid, to testing the performance on mautic.

I have tried to put the header: mail_settings: {sandbox_mode: {enable: true}}

Email headers, when used properly, would enhance deliverability. As such, it would be great if Mautic developers, contributors, users, help by sharing best entries in custom headers.
Moreover, somehow, the entire headers topic is missed out from the documentation.
