Variable values for email's custom headers

My problem is:
is it possible to set variable custom email headers for the email templates ?
I would like to set the ID as a custom header for the email for bounce handling for each created email template

when creating a new e-mail, you can add custom headers in the advanced tab.

but I don’t think you can create custom headers in the theme.
