Date format in FORM

Hello,
I created a form with a field type “Date” and ran into 2 problems:

  1. the field requires a “Date/Time” input (not only the Date)

  2. the date format is MM/DD/YYYY when I need it to be DD/MM/YYYY, and I don’t know where to format this.

Can anybody help me? Thanks.
