DDev doesn't work

Hi everyone!
I’m new here.
Is there anyone who can kindly help me to run Mautic project?I followed the doc.
I work on Windows OS.

  1. I cloned git repository.

  2. Installed Docker, WSL2 and DDev

But when I tried to ddev start on my project, it says ddev is't be recognized .Please help me
