DO NOT CONTACT added from form

Hi

I have created a basic form (which is embedded on a wordpress page), it just contains first name, last name, email address and submit button.

When the form is submitted it adds a tag “test” and sends an email and goes to a thank you page

BUT… when I look at the new contact in Mautic its flagged as DO NOT CONTACT

I can manually turn this off, but how do I stop this from being automatically turned on.

Have I done something wrong ? I can’t figure this out

Edit : I initially added the remove from DO NOT CONTACT list to the form

Edit : I have cloned the form and changed it from a standalone to a campaign form and now it does not add the DO NOT CONTACT.

Is this a bug ?
