"Do Not Contact" - Remove for Re-Registering Leads

My problem is:
I created a campaign where unsubscribed (Do not contact: email) contacts are added to a campaign and receive the emails from this campaign.

When an unsubscribed contact fills in the form, the “Do not contact: email” preference is removed and he is added to the campaign:
[Remove Do Not Contact / Webinar Ziele - Lead Source] Campaign action triggered
[Add to Pending List / Webinar Ziele - Lead Source] Campaign action triggered

But no emails are sent. It gets stuck here.

The option “Allow contacts to restart the campaign” is set to yes.

Any example on how to correctly plan the campaign?

Hallo Christian,
It’s possible, that your system tries to do the sending and removing the DNC at the same time, and sending email is faster.
Can you try to chain them?
