why does our campaign actions not work anaymore? (double opt-in configured like here: https://www.mautic.org/blog/integrator/creating-a-double-opt-in-email-campaign/ )



our form: webinare.brainlight.de







we read about cron job but how can we change it ? We need allyde-server access?..



We use the (allyde hosted) cloud version of mautic.



Please answer ASAP.
