Hello,

Copying a campaign causes a problem. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Copy a campaign
  2. Don’t change anything in the new one (except a name of the campaign)
  3. Save the campaign
  4. Edit the campaign and visit a builder - the campaign’s project is broken (lost elements, no connections and so on)

It’s also in Mautic.com Saas
And … on my questions I did not get any answering.
I’ve lost several hours on this. Frustrating!

Mautic sent me an answer by mail: “We are currently working on building our customer support team so that this will not happen. I have passed your question of loosing your work on to our engineers. Regarding your cloning issues, that is a known bug that we are working to to solve in the next update! Again sorry for the confusion”
I accepted the apologies and hope, that

  1. Mautic will come up soon with next update (don’t know when this will be yet)
  2. Mautic will come up soon with customer support team (don’t know when this will be)
