I want to send emails with an event launch time adjusted to recipients time zone.
So my thinking is to use dynamic content with filter “Preferred time zone” (a.k.a “mautic.lead.field.timezone” (it seems there is sort of bug, that when adding filter it is called “Preferred Timezone”, when you save the dynamic content it becomes “mautic.field.timezone”. Same “mautic.field.timezone” is used in contacts)) and adjust the time accordingly.
Problem is that Mautic does not populate field “mautic.field.timezone” although “Country” and “City values” are filled correctly.
Any suggestions on how “mautic.field.timezone” works and what could be wrong?
I think the feature I am trying to use should be quite useful to other marketers too
