Email builder button not available after update to 4.2.2

My problem is:
After updating to 4.2.2 I am not able to edit email template - builder button is greyed out.
I am using code type template…

These errors are showing in the log:
mautic.ERROR: UPDATE CHECK: Could not fetch a release list: 403 (rate limit exceeded)

Hi,
This is a feature from 4.2.2
You don’t need a builder, since it’s code mode. To make sure the builder is not changing your perfect code you can edit / copy+paste under the advanced tab.
