Your problem
My problem is: I just updated to v4 and when I go to the email editor I am still getting the old builder. I don’t see any of the new templates either. I do not have the builder plugin installed.
I’m assuming (based on this text from the 4.0 blog post: The new email and landing page builder is enabled by default - you can disable it under Plugins if you prefer to continue using the legacy builder) that I should be able to simply navigate to the email builder and start to create templates using the new builder. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
Important note: I have never used the new builder, I never installed the plugin in v3.3.
These errors are showing in the log: No errors shown in the log.
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I verified that the upgrade to 4.0 was done successfully (via console) and no errors are present in the Mautic error log.
