Email Creation Bug

Hey everyone,

I tried to create an email (Channels > Email), but it’s not getting saved. I clicked on the save button, but nothing shows up in the emails section.

Due to this, I’m unable to send any campaigns.

Versions:

Mautic v4.4.5
Mautic installed through Cpanel (Cpanel 102.0.25)
php version 7.4 (In Cpanel)

Any idea how to fix this?

Is this an updated Mautic or fresh install?

Nope, I don’t see any error messages.

It’s a fresh install, and I did it directly from Cpanel softaculous installer.

The version says Mautic v4.4.5

Any idea what the issue is? (I can direct message you the login credentials, if that would make it easier to look)

Shared server’s Apache version is 2.4 and MySQL is 10.3.

I also updated php version to 8.0.

But still, having the same error.

Looks like the versions are on point?

I use php 7.4 Mariadb 10.5. without issues, I think there were some problems with 10.3 when I was doing migrations, but not sure about fresh install.
Softaculus makes installs very rarely right.

Can you check if there are any errors?

  1. There are no errors on the log. I checked it before and after trying to create the email. It’s the same result.

  2. It’s a fresh install using cpanel softaculous, done a couple days ago. I haven’t updated Mautic after that.
