Your problem
My problem is:
In the Email section, I can’t find the Send Email function. There is only a “Send Example” function and I managed to send a test email. But how do I send an email to a Segment?

I’m not sure what is this as I’m non technical.
Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
search the internet for 3 hours reading and watching videos but couldn’t find anything relevant. In those videos I watched, there is a field for me to add a “Segment” in the email set up and the is a “Send” function but for me, these two are missing.
By the way, i have successfully set up the required cron jobs. I also managed to create a segment successfully.
