Send button missing, but "send example" button visible and works

Softaculous install via cpanel.

My problem is: I don’t see the “send” button, which I see in every tutorial I follow. What should I look for to troubleshoot this?

Hello, this happens, because you created a template email, whoch can be sent as a campaign step, not as an inividual send.

Here is more info about the difference between template email and segment email.
