the send email button does not appear in my installation. What is wrong?

My PHP version is: 7.4.30
My Database type and version is: 10.5.16-MariaDB-cll-lve-log

My problem is: the send email button does not appear in my installation.

These errors are showing in the log: no errors in log

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

Clear the cache with:

cd mautic
rm -rf var/cache/dev/* var/cache/prod/*

Also inspect entries in var/logs/ files to see if there are any clues as to why this would happen.
