My Mautic version is: v4.4.12
My problem is: the metrics mautic has given me for some emails are entierly wrong. The example in the screenshot below shows that 9 emails were sent and 11 were read which is impossible. The actual numbers should be 9 sent and 2 read. Any idea whats causing this issue?
