I have exactly the same problem.
I’ve created a custom Html email and once I send it and land into gmail account it report that Mautic did not encrypt this message.
I am using the pro account and I would like to know why it happens. Do you think is due to the custom email? @MauticEmail @alanhartless any thoughts about the above?
