Your problem
My problem is: Mautic isn’t tracking email replies. My campaign is not up so they when people respond, they’ll be removed from the campaign, and that isn’t happening.
I have this email hooked up as a Google alias to a regular gmail account. When people respond, the emails go there. That’s working fine. Not sure if that has something to do with it.
Here are screenshots of it showing no replies, and one person’s reply, as well as their record showing they’ve opened it, but not that they’ve replied to it.

These errors are showing in the log: no errors
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: None, no idea what to do
