Empty lead list

Hi,



Just started with Mautic. The installation went well and I see that Mautic captures anonymous leads. I don’t have a landing page yet. But in my lead list I don’t see any anonymous leads. Is this normal? I expected that all my anonymous leads would be visible yet.

There’s a toggle button that switches between anonymous and non anonymous lead views. It’s the second one from the left in the set of 6 square buttons directly above and to the right of the lead table.

How strange! I have 6.

Can you try typing ‘is:anonymous’ in the search box on the left hand side.

I tried it, but doesn’t give any results

Then I’m out of ideas, sorry. The question marks next to the search box tells me to type is:anonymous and it works for me. I’m using version 1.3.1

Issue is resolved: needed to add the force option to the cron jobs
