Error 500 in Contacts import

Thank you for this great tool. I have following issues/questions:


  • I have some problem with https://xx.mautic.net/s/contacts/import funcionality - it returns me 500 error
  • I duplicated campaign an published it, haven’t received email.
  • How can I export contacts with all fields (stages, points, …)

error 500 issue in my free cloud hosted Mautic enviroment still exist.

import contacts - The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.

libraries.js?v39daeaaf:670 GET https://beaikon.mautic.net/s/contacts/import?_=1475788856325&mauticUserLastActive=1&mauticLastNotificationId= 500 (Internal Server Error)

Please help.
