Unable to import contacts

Hi, I use free mautic version. I am struggling to import contacts from CSV file. I either get redirected to the import page where i have to start the upload process again or if I am successful, I am redirected to imports history page where it says an upload failed - no CSV file found. I have been using Mautic for 1,5 years but this problem occurred quite recently.

Could be a permission issue… maybe not. What does the log say?

Mautic Cloud Free doesn’t allow to import contacts. You need to use the Mautic Cloud Pro or Self-Hosted version
