Error in CSV import

Hi Team,

I am beginner to mautic and trying to import csv for adding the contact.

I’ve added the contact and export the contact and make changes in that csv and then import the csv but it gives the below following error:

Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!

Any help will be great
