Error sending email do Segment

My Mautic version is: 5.1.0
My PHP version is: PHP Version 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.18
My Database type and version is: MySql 5.7.38

I have a problem (500 Internal Server Error) when sending an email to a Segment because Mautic 5.1.0 presented the error below.
The interesting thing is that it sends a test email normally.
I would be grateful if anyone could help.

Hi, these errors are related to your Maxmind settings.
Could you check if you use segment filters, then the filters are actually filled out?

I realized that Maxmind was not installed and configured correctly.
