Hi,

I have a problem that I cannot explain.



Every time I go on the dashboard, the page takes a very long time to load.

Then Mautic works normally.



Any idea will be great !

How are you hosting Mautic?

What PHP version are you running?

Hi,

My customer and I meet the same problem of slowness.

When we want to download docs, time to receive it is longer than usual.

Do you have an idea where does the problem come from ?

Here is my PHP version : PHP Version 5.6.29-0+deb8u1
Sadly I’m not in charge of hosting, I think it’s just a shared web hosting

After many checks,

It appears, when I open mautic to the dashboard, sometimes there is a POST request which take more than 60sec to load :
s/ajax?action=updateUserStatus&mauticUserLastActive=61&mauticLastNotificationId=
( I specify there is no error on this POST request, it only take more than 1 minute to load )

Each time there is that POST request, the dashboard take more than 120sec to load.

Maybe someone will have an idea with this note !?
