I’m newbie in Mautic and I’m trying to conect the plugin of Facebook and Instagram but:
Facebook Plugin - In my Mautic does not have “APP ID” like this image https://innotiom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/mautic-facebook-integration-settings.png and I don’t know where i can configure it.
Instagram Plugin - When I authorize the plugin, this message appears “{“error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “code”: 403, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”}”
Can anyone help me? Thanks!
You won’t have the option to add the app ID and secret for Mautic Cloud - it just offers to connect using the FB account you’re logged into already, I think. The main reason to integrate is so you can use social login: https://mautic.org/docs/en/plugins/social_login.html

Hey @F_erpa - I’m the author of the Facebook integration guide you referenced with that image. What version of Mautic are you running? Also, could you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing in your Facebook plugin settings?
