Filemanager shows "The directory / does not exist."

Hi all,



The filemanager was working fine problem previously. Suddenly it is showing “The directory / does not exist.”. There is no setting has been change in Mautic nor in the server. Anyone got any idea how to resolve this?



Steps replicating:-

  1. Click Emails > + New
  2. Click Images icon on the wysiwyg panel
  3. Click Browse Server button
  4. Error “The directory / does not exist.” will shows.



    No error has been log into app/logs just in case you are asking.
