Focus item How often to engage doesn't work

Your problem
My problem is: I’ve created a focus item of type ‘Emphasize a link’ and added it to a campaign. I’ve set the ‘How often to engage’ option to ‘Every page’ or ‘Every 2 minutes’.
The focus item is displayed to the user, but when the user doesn’t click on the link and goes to the next page, the focus item doesn’t appear again.

These errors are showing in the log: no log

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

  1. I use jump to event in my campaign
  2. I check Allow contacts to restart the campaign
