I’m looking for a way to insert a form into an email. Ideally, I’d like to have a URL to my form that recipients can click on to fill out. (The “form” is being used as a “survey” of sorts, so it needs to be able to stand alone).
I’ve seen a few places discuss that each one of your forms has a URL that follows the format: http://yourmautic.com/s/forms/view/X
where X is the form ID. However, I can’t locate where you find the Form’s ID.
If anyone could advise, I’d greatly appreciate it!

There are 2 easy ways to see the form Id.
- Open the table of forms (Forms -> Manage Forms) and the ID is the last column of the table.
OR
- Open the form you are interested in and look at the URL in your browser. ID is the number in it. Exactly as your example URL, but the X will be the ID.
