Form IDs and URLs

I’m looking for a way to insert a form into an email. Ideally, I’d like to have a URL to my form that recipients can click on to fill out. (The “form” is being used as a “survey” of sorts, so it needs to be able to stand alone).

I’ve seen a few places discuss that each one of your forms has a URL that follows the format: http://yourmautic.com/s/forms/view/X

where X is the form ID. However, I can’t locate where you find the Form’s ID.

If anyone could advise, I’d greatly appreciate it!

There are 2 easy ways to see the form Id.

  1. Open the table of forms (Forms -> Manage Forms) and the ID is the last column of the table.

OR

  1. Open the form you are interested in and look at the URL in your browser. ID is the number in it. Exactly as your example URL, but the X will be the ID.
