Form: Show When Value Exists not working

Fresh install of Mautic tonight. Created a form with three fields: first name, last name, email. Set first name and last name “Show When Value Exists” to NO. Created a landing page, dropped the form on the page and tested it out. My info is correctly stored in the database. The form shows two entries (and one contact in the database) but when I refresh the page, those fields are still showing. Is there anything I’m missing that would be causing this?

@shane i filled the form and its redirect to http://www.saasfieldmanual.org/ Its seem fine ?

@bizcrony - when you returned to the form did you see the first name and last name fields? It should not show them.
