My Mautic version is: v4.4.6
My PHP version is: 8.0.28
My Database type and version is: 10.5.18-MariaDB-0+deb11u1
YunoHost 11.1.15 (stable) for managing server.

Your problem
My problem is:

  1. When I try to add field in a form I get
    “You do not have access to the requested area/action.” After I click OK get the Loading… modal dialog.
  2. When building a Landing page drop does not work.

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

  1. Form issue several steps.
    All steps in You do not have access to the requested area/action nothing worked out.

Also set Render style from Template? to No. nothing

  1. Disabled Grapesjs plugin and add support for legacy in theme config file such as
    “builder”: [“legacy”],
    still does not work same issue with both legacy and Grapesjs

Also tried all the steps in Troubleshooting | Mautic but nothing helped out.

Tried via docker installation, upgrading and everything still the same issue.
Even changed the php version to 7.4 still the same. Any help is appreciated, this issue is driving me crazy.

Not working in Safari, Firefox and Chrome browsers.

Even edit of the Submit button does not load anything.
