Has anyone experienced a never ending loading when clicking The Hidden Configuration button

My Mautic version is:2.16 and 3.3
My PHP version is: 7.3
My Database type and version is:Mysql

Your problem
My problem is:When the Gear- Configuration button is clicked instead of it instantly opening it keeps the loading signal moving back and forth at the top and never finishes loading. At this time no other button are active.

These errors are showing in the log:None

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
Cleared the cache…

This happens on Both 2.16 and 3.3 and began just last night… weird… going to dump bothcaches a couple more times and go into cpanel to see if i can get into the config file to see if any thing looks crazy…

Plz check if you have CORS restrictions, firewall issues (for example Wordfence on the same server in a WP.) Do you have any javascript errors?

Thanks Joey forgot that i had not responded to this… I loaded a newer version of Mautic and the problem went away… Never did figure out what caused it… had 2 different sites doing same thing so simply replaced the sites with new ones and bingo all is well… Thanks again for your response.
