You can create a segment list that look for Bounce Emails

There is already a segment for bounce emails… but im interested in “do not contact” not bounce… i think they are different

You’re right, they are definitely different. I am using Amazon’s test emails as explained here:

I’ve got a segment created with the bounce email filter. Bounced emails show up, but “Do not contact” emails do not show up. It doesn’t look like the Mautic team has created a filter for this value.
