How to Automatically Add Contacts to Mautic and Trigger Campaign Emails Without Using Forms

I want to know the best way to automatically add contacts into Mautic, and ensure those contacts start receiving emails immediately — without manual steps.

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:

  1. A contact should be added to Mautic automatically (for example, via a form, API, or webhook)
  2. Once the contact is added, they should automatically be added to a segment or campaign
  3. The campaign should send them an email right away (like a welcome message or drip sequence)

My goals are:

  • No manual importing or assigning contacts to segments
  • One-time setup — and then every new contact automatically enters the flow

Is there a built-in way in Mautic to do this?
Should I use Mautic Forms, Campaigns, or the API to build this flow?
Any recommended setup or examples would be appreciated.

I have already explored Mautic Forms, but due to limitations in my current implementation, I am looking for an alternative approach that does not rely on forms.
