Your problem
I’m new to Mautic but have worked with nearly every Marketing Automation tool in the past 10+ years. However I’m not sure how to handle the following request for a campaign:
I want to create a decision / condition that checks for an specific field value in a custom contact field. This decision / condition should re-check if the field value has changed for up to max. 3 days and afterwards move the contact to the “no” path. But If the field is changed it should pass the contact into the “yes” path in (more or less) real time.
This was a standard function in every other tool so I guess mautic will also have this feature but I’m not sure how to set it up correctly. The way I have currently built the campaign has not worked
