How to identify anonymous contact using API?

Hi there,



I install tracking into 3rd website and worked. I look in console.

Then. After user submit data to main web application I using contact API send data to mautic too.

I using contact create https://developer.mautic.org/#create-contact but I got new contact.

If I want to identify from anonymous to contact. Which API can do it.
