I’m new in Mautic. The app is really good for email/website marketing automation, tracking and scoring.
I also want to log other activities - phone calls, chat messages - and update contact scoring respectively.
I found this video tutorial:
At the bottom of the screen you can see sections “Tasks”, “Call”, “Skype Call”, “Meeting”:
they are missed in my Bitnami Mautic environment.
And I haven’t found any plugins that extend Mautic for logging chat messages and phone calls.
Any ideas / suggestions?

I might be wrong, it seems that they are using their own custom plugins. out of the box, you have the option to add notes, and notes can have different categories: General, Email, Call or Meeting

Whoa - I really should spend more time exploring Mautic. The Notes are a lot more robust than I had previously thought. This is a door opener.
Anyone have experience syncing the Notes (Gen, email, call, meeting) with a CRM, like Zoho for example?
