How to set an hourly sending limit

Hello all,



My hosting provider has a 200 emails per hour limitation; I tried sending out 200 mails by filling in 200 in the send box, but apparently this doesn’t mean it is sending out 200 per timeframe. How can I limit the amount of emails it sends out per hour?
