You are asking how to set up and showing a gmail unsub header, right?
Gmail will not show the unsub header for everyone. More info here:

You should upgrade to 4.4.11.
If for some reason that is not an option, and if you are a tech person, you can apply the necessary change (DPMMA-2537 RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe [backport] by patrykgruszka · Pull Request #13117 · mautic/mautic · GitHub) manually.
