How to turn off tracking "python-requests/2.11.1"?

Hello, i’m looking for solve this problem:

Some of my contacts are being tracked as heshe have read my mails and accessed my links. The information is that it was did by “python-requests/2.11.1” in the place where we could see the browser or system (windows) were being used.



It occur specially with @hotmail.com or Office365 accounts.



There’s a way to don’t track this? When I called back to my contact, heshe didn’t know about the information I’ve sent.
